Really good workout on the track. Joey, Ben, and Janette were there and for some of the repeats, I was able to hang on with them as they were doing a 400m.

Felt really tired on the warm-up, and never really felt like I was running that fast or efficiently, but the watch and track don't lie. Compared with the workout two weeks ago, today was about 10 seconds per mile faster. Big differences were that I was wearing my flats today rather than my trainers. Also, it definitely helped having people there on the track as encouragement and some brief pacing.

Very positive improvement. Didn't ever feel like I was pressing it that much. Easily could have done another.
