Notes
First 4x1000m were with Eric on the track with 400m jog in between. Effort felt relaxed as it should. Then did 800m of ins-and-out and did my own workout of 5x800m with 1:30 standing rest. Went out a little two hard for the first 200m of the first couple of intervals, but I definitely felt like I was working way harder than I should have to be running that pace.
Not a very good workout, but I recognize that it's my first workout back (other than the half marathon this past weekend) in a while. Gotta start back somewhere.
