Notes

Did a tempo down at Shelby Bottoms. Felt phenomenal for the first 3 miles. After that I settled into what felt like more normal tempo grind. My watch died before I even started (just started and stopped the stop watch on my phone) so I didn't have any pace feedback on the run, but if I had to guess, I think I started around 5:15 pace or even a little quicker and finished around 5:25. Good workout, nice to put in some good, hard work.
