Cutdown Run 5mi>7:55 (7.9mph), 5mi>7:15(8.3@1%), 3mi> 6:34 (9.2mph@1%), 1mi> 7:55 (7.9mph), 1mi> 7:15 (8.3mph @ 1%). Goal was 5mi/ 5mi/ 5mi but much tougher than expected ... always been weak with cutdowns! In two weeks same run -- see if it's better...
