Notes

Starting to feel normal again after Saturday's run. My knees are no longer achey, but i may try to ice them anyway, just as a precaution. Threw in a few bursts of speed every once in a while to mix things up. I need to start doing more regular speed work. all of the long slow runs are making me slow. And that's not good, because I've never been fast.
