Warmup with a few laps around track and then joined Jessica, Osh, Allen, and ?? on another mile off track before doing 4 x 400 (85% effort), 1600 x 1, 3 min rest, 800 x 1, 2 min rest, 400 x 1, 1 min rest, 200 x 1 at 15 seconds/mi faster than 5k pace, and finally 8 x 100m strides. Excellent weather. No wind and 65.
