Notes
A forced run at the gym. I hurt my Achilles and PF on the left foot goofing off and running hard at work on Friday morning. I've missed a couple days. Ate really bad food, and am now a couple pounds heavier as a result. Didn't feel like running, but finally got myself up on the treadmill, went easy for a mile, then maxed it for a tenth, recovered, then maxed it for another tenth followed by a mile cooldown. Whatever.
