Treadmill at the Skamania Lodge. This was supposed to be an easy run, but it turned out to be pretty tough. I ran the first 3 at about 6:57 pace, the next 3 at 7:00, then some 7:30's. It was crazy hot- I wore my long john pant things, shorts, and a lightweight poly shirt (vented). Think I developed a blister on the right big toe area. Just noticed tonight that my hip isn't hurting. That's good.
