Geez. It was difficult from the beginning. Legs felt mostly rested, but I was breathing hard from the start to finish. Didn't have a plan going in but to just get 5 some-kind-of-miles in. Got going and settled on the 6:40 pace. I hope it gets easier soon. Weird/interesting thing tonight also was when I stepped on the scales, it showed a touch over 143... What? It seems I run more, eat less, and the weight is going up?
