Was very happy to get out for a run today with Stan. The majority of the run was on the trail and included quite a bit of snow- .5' deep in many places. My shoes were terrible in that stuff. We went real easy out there and took a few breaks along the way, even doing some trail maintenance because this is part of next week's 50k. Picked it up on the way in on the road, and felt very comfortable at the faster pace. Didn't have my heart rate monitor on. Great weather- finally.
