Notes
Easy jog down to the end of the dock at the Stevenson Waterfront, then tried to maintain a steady but easy effort to the 'summit' of the highest elevation of Loop Rd. Calves were very tired from the beginning. Earlier, I had stashed my bike in the bushes at the highest point. I ran to it, then biked back down the hill (in the pouring down effing rain). The idea here is to stop running hard downhill because that's what I believe hurts me in a bad way. I'm seeking long, steady, constant uphill grades. Running uphill doesn't seem to tear me up, so gonna focus on that.
