Ran the first half mile at 8:13, then settled in for an easy pace of 7:47 for 3 miles, then started bumping it around for a couple miles-- maxing the tmill out at 5:00 for a tenth, slowing for recovery, then doing it again a few times. Intervals on the tmill, I guess. Left calf complained afterward. Probably should have just kept it easy throughout. Sidenote: I hate the anxiety of worrying about when and if I'll get my training in. There's not much routine in my life right now, and it makes it difficult.
