Calling this an easy run might be a stretch. Was very sore to begin with. I've developed a little left-knee pain- that's new. Got blisters all over my feet, pf, slight achilles pains. It was hard to get going, and then I hooked up with a friend (Pete Thompson) on the second mile who was out for a jog. After he went home, I picked it up. The effort was pretty moderate. I'm surprised my heart rate wasn't higher. Guess the legs are just shot. But, HEY! I went over a hundred miles for the first time in a week!!
