Notes
Started at an easy 7:40 pace, for .5 mi, cranked it up to 5:0 for a bit, then backed down to 6:40 for the remainder. I think that should be a good marathon pace. It didn't feel all that easy, but it's early. My foot bothered me most of the day and I was emotionally in the toilet, so almost skipped this completely. As it turned out, the foot seems fine at the moment.
