Notes
Same run as this morning- didn't have much time, and wanted to get something in on the bike (had time for 15 minutes on it, anyway), as well, and even threw in a few leg presses before the gym closed. Bad part? I ate a couple salads and a whole small pizza an hour before I got here... Sucks running on a full stomach.
Legs are quite fatigued from the weekend, I guess. Hope they can get fresh without back off too much before Sunday.
