treadmill was set on 5:52/mi. it felt too hard in the beginning, and i didn't think i would make it 2 miles, let alone 4. Began to feel better after a mile. I think initially i had incline set to 1.5%, but dropped it to zero pretty early on.
happy i was able to pull this off, but it was definitely over-reaching.
developed a blister on bottom of right foot. Left calf muscle pretty tight and sore. otherwise pretty good health overall.
