COMMENTS: Asheville 5k. went out a bit too conservative but because i was travling, new course, ate badly etc. 5:37, 5:50, 5:00 for a 17:02 finish. was in 4th at 2 mile and climbed up for 2nd place. winner near 15:00. felt surprisingly good.
