COMMENTS: 5 mile race. tavern north to 102T and back down east side, lower loop. cool and no breeze, ideal conditions.
5:39, 5:29, 5:42, 5:20, 5:16: 27:27
slower than i want. started too far in back of pack and lost touch with faster guys immediaelty. yes, passed thoughout race, but hard to get motivated thise first 3 miles. frustrated because on a fast course like that, belive i can run 5:20 pace. negative splits is encouraging. also, worked hard during the week, tired legs
