felt exhausted, drianed, and 2 hours later, still drained. 1) lots of running lately-this is 60 miles in 7 days, including 2x20m. Also a hard 5 just wednesday. did sleep well however. early early morning run. I also had a pretty aggressive massage yesterday afternoon which may have added to the exhaustion. be careful to do these on the off weeks. still, learning to run when tired is part of the point of this point of training.
