Notes

Disappointing blow up. Felt relaxed through 15, sticking with the 3:00 guys. Really thought it might feel easy to just cruise with them through to the finish. Around 17 or 18, got the first muscle twitches in legs. Then, after 20, really tightened up. Muscle cramp in left front of thigh. Jogged the final six excrutiating. Glad I went for 3:00 but I suspect that if I had just taregted 3:10 from teh start, I'd have been better off.

Thoughts: 1) Way overweight at 160. Dumb to think that this isnt a problem. 2) The flexibility issues may be why you are prone to the cramping issue
