Notes

needed a successful workout and using same hill as last weekend, decided to do 8x, all under 60 sec, but didnt want to blow it too early. Ran 56, 57, 59, 55, 59, 57, 55, 52. Happy about that overall. Need to be cautious I think 1st mile of next week race
