4x800 w/2min rest. using the CM loop. Starting at entrance by the gym, 0.5 just after the school where there's cut-off to dirt path option (although i stayed paved). 1.0 at the tsump when you enter the bike path and 1.5 at the end wooden fence on the left after the bike gave curves. 3:12 (its a little long), 2:43 ( a little short), 2:43, 2:47 (CHECK!)
