at piper, felt good, wanted to go 6x300 but did 8x. right before track practice. right heel/achillese very sore in teh evening. note: marked 2 300's on the dirt loop, first appears to be a little shorter than the 2nd. 90 sec rest between 1 and 2 and would jog to the start after 2. 58, 63, 54, 60, 53, 58, 52, 55
