piper. same as a few weeks ago 400,75s, 800,2m 1600,2m, 800,75s 400=81, 2:43, 6:07 (overran! Went to tree instead of stopping at 4th corner around field, added 15-20sec!), 2:47, 81. Mostly faster than last time. started first 800 a little too hard and caused me to be tired on the mile and second 800. a little windy and a lot of people and dogs at 3pm. lot of mask up. feel OK.
