3mile loop, recently measured. 19:16, fastest in recent. first mile was 6:23-but felt like I was pushing, hit 2 in 12:58 (6:35) as I held back a little. so 6:18 finish with small hills, all the way to onyx. pushed but feel Ok post, wasn't a race push.
