COMMENTS: hot humid and felt like crap. 5:48, 5:47. at this point, i thought i felt ok but i eased a little on mile 3 to 6:17, then 6:08. hit 4 mile mark at 24:00 and couldnt push myself to beat 30:00. finish in 30:17. wasnt fun..
