treadmill, hurting. Heavy legs. Tried five hard. 6:30, 6:15 and then quit but with 0.5 easy, did 6:30 and 6:15 but a hard two miles. Heavy heavy sweating. Albuquerque altitude, hills in cali, traveling. Had to also stop at 1.5 to shit. Horrible day, but glad i persisted.
