ladder. Ive had trouble getting through these so I determined that I would finish, even if slow. Legs tired from weekend runs. 30 secs of rest for each 200m just done (so 90 secs after 600). 200 (39), 400 (85), 600 (2:16), 800 (3:03), 600 (2:10), 400 (82), 200 (37). Legs were heavy, the 800 was ugly and a mental bear. happy to have been able to push thriugh faster splits on way down.
