6 hard, big loop cp. could see noontime haze, ran w/h2o. earnings week. felt lackluster but over last mile, felt maybe i hadnt pushed hard enough. then, as i cooled down, i felt awful. only as strong as your weakest link and heat/humidity is mine. right leg felt ok.
