28 in central park. had a tough spot 17-19 miles but concentrated on getting back rhythym and it came. there always is a rough patch, gotta hold on. ate 5 gels, 3 gaterade bottle and a bottle of water. maybe a little much, my stomache felt not great. last 4 mile loop was 30:30, so 7:38 pace. legs were in pain of course but still, i felt like i could have added a few more miles. felt good and bad in waves. pace was maybe slow but concentrated on the distance
