ladder. because i failed o finish this maybe 6 weeks ago or so, I was probably too cautious to start. 200 (37s), r30, 400 (82s), r60, 600 (2:10), r90, 800 (2:57), r2:00, 600 (2:07), r90, 400 (78s), r60, 200 (35s). That slow 800 does not indicate well.
