COMMENTS: 7 laps, u suck.

next time:1) no run prior (why start out of breath?) 2) 10 minutes of simple drill of arm out, head in and out. focus on breathing. long breath out in water (3 count), then up and inhale and right back in. 3) swim. u gotta try swimming each time, not just drills. head still, 3 strokes, head turn to breath, 3 strokes.
