4x0.5m at piper, not pretty. drank a lot over weekend (10 drinks) and the run on friday was affecting my legs. had a curry last night that was impacting tummy too. a little windy along back, running early am, although not dark dark. lots of excuses. good news is that despite running slow, i muscled through and finished even though slower than a few weeks ago when i did 5x0.5. 2min rests. 2:50, 2:46, 2:45, 2:44 but it was pushing whole way.
