COMMENTS: 4x1 mile 3min rest except after 3rd when i did a 1/4m jog to start in 4:30. 5:45, 5:36, 5:45, 5:38 (#2 and #4 were the 1 to 2 mile marks on lower cp circle) actually felt genrally relaxed. much improved from 3x1m a few weeks ago.
