Ladder. felt frustarted. had to take a poop after the first 600. never felt good. very frustrating. 2,4,6,8,6,4,2 30sec of rest per each 200m. Feel good that I at least completed the workout, despite running like crap

41,86, 2:14, 3:07, 2:17, 86, 41. never ran even close to 5min pace. struggled the whole way. it was low 30s, back 200 was icy. it was dark, running with headlamp. cold. maybe Im just weak to crap conditions.
