(400s dont match) mile to the corner just before left turn across parking lot. 400-84 (not bad vs 400s last week), 75s sec rest, 800-2:52, 2min rest, mile-5:48, 2min rest had planned 3 min rest but felt good enough to go for it early, 800-2:45 comparable to the first and was feeling bold. 75 sec rest and then 400 in 72 (as fast as you ran 400s last week). felt strong
