3x1m on cm loop. tough workout but feel good for pushing thru. 1m was 5:53 and felt reasonable, 3min rest, then the 2nd mile was 6:03 and it was difficult but there's the uphill portion. 3min rest. the final mile (repeat of the first) was difficult and i thought of quitting at 1/3 mile point but i figured to suffer though, even if slow, and give myself something to improve upon. so i eased a little but still finished 5:59 to my surprise. feel good for not quitting an average mile under 6:00. first and last mile start at the little west entry to the bike path, maybe 20 feet before the tree stump. mile 2 might be a tiny bit long, up to tree stump
