3x1m, corte madera circle. 1st mile 5:49, felt it was pushed. 2nd was 6:03, but the "uphill" twisty portion. Mile 3, repeat of mile 1, in 5:52, a little surprised because felt slower. felt sluggish throughout, wanted to quit.
