COMMENTS: failure. tried to do 5 hard, upper loop on bridle path x 2. first mile in 5:50 but it felt hard, especially b/dirt. 2.5 in 14:50, good but hurting. next mile was 6:16 and was dying and quit. NO sleep last night. LESSSON: legs were fine, 3 days of easy got u in position but not enuff-you need to sleep before hard days!
