Tough day. Yesterday very much in my legs. Hot day too running at 2pm. Had to walk bits and didn't bring water. Cm loop to old parking spot over the bridge then elisio to Ross and then Phoenix lake to bill Williams up Tucker to Harry Allen and then home via dawn falls. Heavy legs. Bad stomach. Drank stream water.
