COMMENTS: 28:52 (HR of 165), thats 5:46 pace, for 5 miles and done in comfort but on treadmill (avoid summer heat). Lessons: U CAN run 6 min pace outside. See improvement since April when u struggle to break 30:00-improvement does happen!
