Notes

A downside of running alone is that there's no team to push you. My legs were tired coming in and wasn't feeling confident but schedule wise, this morning had to be it and I thought doing this workout with tired legs would be good, too. Was slow and frustrated and had to stop to poop (by side of the track) after 7, but...I did finish the workout, pushing through a lot of self doubt. I don't know what to think. a little frustrating.

tired and intimidated.
