Treadmill. 0.5m in 3:15 (6:30 for 0.25 and then 6:00 for 0.5). 0.25 at 8:00 pace to rest. then, 0.5: 2:56 (6:00, 5:42), then 2:46 (5:42, 5:21), then 2:39 (5:21, 4:57). last 0.25 was a push but overall, I enjoyed that work out
