3x800, 2min rest, plus a 400 to finish. 2:56, 2:54, 2:51, 74. I'm fucking slow. Those were hard, the 400 might not have been all out but it was a challenging pace. Right now, I could probably race a mile in 5:45ish but maybe a reasonable goal is now to just be under 5:30. I'm way too fat.
