Notes

2x1mile. 5:51, 5:41 and I was pushing. Feel fat, slow and old. But had fun and I guess worthwhile.

Also did strides and drills.

From Blackies pasture. The intersection of downhill to path, just before the bathroom. All the way around, around pullup bar, to the top of the hill (white post). Entire workout took 75 minutes.
