treadmill with 4 hard. 24:20, wanted to break 24:00 but fats pace was tough. 6:15 (6:30/6:00), 6:00 for first two miles but now hurting, but slowing to just 6:15 felt good for mile 3, then dropped to 5:56 (6:00/5:52). Strength at end, maybe mentally weakness early? early in schedule still.
