6x800m on CM bike path starting at entry from william area. see last weeks 800m. 2 min rest. 3:00 (downhill but not push), 2:49, 3:02 (uphill and faster than last week), 2:51, turned around so back towards Cm town center,3:02 (slighthill), 2:45 (same as the 2:51). felt like quiiting after 4th but stuck through, just to finish but felt fine on the last
