5 mile race in CP, strt at tavern, up west side, cut at 102 and down. went out relaxed, 6:00 first, picked it up and did 5:40 for mile 2 but felt it in lungs. 5:50's through finish in 5:49 paced 29:07. felt like i didnt have another gear. wimpy finish, not kick and let probably 10 people pass me that i could have beat if i had dug down those last few hundred yards. some stomache irritation _NO MILK_from now on on night before. unhappy with result but i suspected i would be 5:40's. no fast paced training and the 20 hard was just on teusday. a good workout, keep focus on dec 7
