big loop twice. 1st in 40:18, 6:40 pace. felt relaxed and very confident. 2nd in 38:18 (6:20 pace). felt awful! really dead legs on 2nd half of second loop. hard to work to keep going. heavy achy legs. remember taht just because you feel ok early, pain could be coming. 1:18:36 total time.
