the good: goal was to run sme pace at recnet 4 miler, 5:40, so 28:20 for 5 and did 28:16. also, ran to plan perfectly to plan. easy big first hill (5:53), faster mile 2 (5:37), relaxed slighthill mile 3 (5:50) but then hard final 2 in 5:28 and 5:27. remebered that 5 is long, no to spend it all early. the bad: i could have done better, ran out of gas, i think thursday night race affected. Daddy dad 5 miler. 4 girls surprised me with showing up and cheering. happy on a humid day.
